Disclaimer:

Any addon requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event, as they require extra set up in advance by the technician. MagicGameBus cannot  guarantee the addon being ready or available any time after that. These  include: Fortnite, Roblox, Giant yard games, Laser tag, Mobile petting zoo, VR, Water activities, Arcade games, etc.

The game bus requires 35 feet (roughly 2 large parking spaces) of parking and can only park in a legal place on the curbside or in the driveway if the space is level and adequate. We advise that the space is prepared in advance , because the bus might have to leave at the scheduled time if there is an event immediately after, regardless of any delayed start time due to the parking space not being available.

The deposit is not refundable, but is transferable to a later rescheduled date, without a time limit, according to availability. In 11 years of event production, we have never had to cancel an event.

Extra time is available on the spot only if the schedule permits, and is not guaranteed.
